QALY does not have a fixed price in Finland

According to the results of a Finnish survey among physicians and politicians there is no fixed, generalizable upper limit for willingness to pay (WTP) per quality adjusted life year (QALY) or life-year. The WTP depends on the studied disorder and outcome measure used for assessing effectiveness.
